Founded in 2000, Castles Hospitality Management Group Africa emerged from a vision to transform the hospitality landscape across Sub-Saharan Africa. What began as a boutique consultancy has evolved into a leading force in hospitality advisory and management services.

Mrs. Euphrasia Obiamaka Ozegbe
Board Chairman/CEO
Mrs. Euphrasia Obiamaka Ozegbe is an experienced project management and real estate executive with over 30 years of expertise in infrastructure development, property management, and facilities leadership within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. She held senior roles at SNEPCo and SPDC, managing multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios and leading the implementation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) at Shell to drive cost efficiencies and enhance service quality. As Head of Property for Shell’s Closed Pension Fund Administrator, she managed 241 luxury residential units across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, exceeding targets and expanding the portfolio. She has also led impactful social investment projects, including ICT centers, healthcare facilities, and training schools. She holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Cum Laude) from United States International University, San Diego, and a Master’s in Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Mr. Jacob Aina Olufemi Ogunmuyiwa
Technical Director
An experienced civil and geotechnical engineer with over forty years in engineering and construction, Mr. Ogunmuyiwa combines technical excellence, structural innovation, and leadership in complex infrastructure delivery. He earned OND and HND in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, and an M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering from Rice University, Houston, USA. A member of MNIOB, MNIM, and the Society of Geotechnical Engineers, he is recognized for elevating professional standards and bringing multidisciplinary expertise to Nigeria’s construction sector and beyond.
Mr. Davids Obafemi (Ige-Adunbi) Ajiniran, FCA
Financial Director
A distinguished Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, and community leader with over thirty years of experience in finance, business development, and corporate governance. A graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos and a Fellow of ICAN (FCA), he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of the Security Practitioners of Nigeria. He began at P. A. Ajiboye & Co. before venturing into entrepreneurship. He chairs Datlex Nigeria Limited with international partnerships and a 100+ workforce across multiple Nigerian cities, and previously chaired Consistent Trust Microfinance Bank. His philanthropic initiatives in Ekiti State and leadership of the E-11 Group reflect his commitment to development and inclusion.
Mr. Peter Adelabu
Administration Manager
A professional administrator with B.Sc. and MBA degrees and a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA). He has broad experience across printing and publications, mortgage finance, insurance brokerage, sales and marketing, hospitality, hotel and catering management, engineering, construction and site management, finance and logistics, and estate/property development and management.
Mr. Igo Isaiah Ogbu
Marketing Manager & PA to Chairman
A dynamic entrepreneur with a background in computer engineering, business development, and digital innovation. Igo holds a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and has undertaken specialized training at Lagos State Business School. He founded and leads ventures including Virfars Solution Ltd, Landove Solutions, HousBay, and Maslinar Tech & Engineering. As Founder and President of Africa Tracers Youth Development Centre, he leads a pan-African NGO active in 25+ countries empowering youth through leadership and economic programs.
Mr. Yomi Adeyemi
Associate
Founder and principal partner of Posh Concepts & Projects Ltd, Yomi is a graduate of Architectural Technology from Yaba College of Technology and holds B.Arch and M.E.D. (Architecture) from the University of Lagos. With extensive experience in architecture, construction, and interior design, he worked with leading firms including INCHSCAPE Architects VO (project manager). He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and registered with ARCON, and has completed training in Energy Efficient Building Design (EEBD) and HSE. His international project exposure across Africa includes coordination roles with major hospitality groups.
